Carrickvale Community Centre

Carrickvale Community Centre, built in 2003, offers a wide variety of community provision. Activities are offered to those of all ages and include two Junior Youth clubs for P1-3 and P4-7;
Parent & Toddlers group, Gentle Exercise for the over 50's, Sequence Dance, and Carpet Bowls, etc, and there's also a Line Dance evening group too!

Local groups such as Scottish Pensioners Association; Residents Association; Tenants Association; Arthritis Care; Forever Young; Care Group and many more also provide activities within the Centre.

Adult Education classes: day and evening classes for adults, including languages, arts, crafts, etc.

General classes: activities for children and/or adults eg. Martial Arts classes, Dance groups, Pilates, etc.

Every year an Easter Youth Programme, and a Summer Programme, are offered.

The Centre is open:
Monday - Friday, 9am - 9pm
Saturday, 9am - 1pm

You can also pop into the Glassroom Café, 9am till 3.30pm for tea, coffee, water, juice and snacks.
